Cooked School Meals

Twelve15 provide a school meals service to Surrey schools, including Grayswood CE Primary School.

As part of the lunchtime offer they provide:

• A two course traditional meal
• A vegetarian option
• Special dietary requirements
• Seasonal salad bar or Crudités selection
• Fresh bread 
• A choice of desserts including cheese & biscuits, yoghurt or fruit 

Their three week menu cycle offers greater variety for the children. All our pupils are supervised whilst eating and are gently encouraged to eat their lunch. If your child appears to be having any difficulty with their food at midday we will let you know. Equally, if you have any concerns about how they are eating please do come and speak to us. Please inform us of any allergies with an accompanying doctor’s letter to confirm any requirements.

School Meal Price

Children in Years R, 1 and 2 are entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals. From Year 3 onwards, your child can still have the same high quality, nutritious and exciting two-course hot meal for £2.70 a day. These can be paid for via our school Scopay system. 

Packed Lunches

Our children have the option to eat a cooked school meal at lunchtime or bring a packed lunch from home.

* Please note, we are a nut-free school. Under no circumstances should items containing nuts be brought into school. 

Free School Meals

If you think you may be entitled to Free School Meals (this is not the same as the Universal Free School Meals in EYFS and KS1) or Pupil Premium please contact the School Office directly who will respect and deal with any enquiries in total confidence. 

Cool Milk

If your child is under five, you are entitled to receive free school milk. If you would like your child to receive free school milk, leaflets are available from the school office, or you can follow the link below. If your child is starting in Reception this September please do apply for your free school milk before your child's start date.
