ADMISSIONS INFORMATION

We always welcome new members to our school family.  If you are thinking of joining us, please contact the school office to arrange a school tour to help you make your decision, or have a look under the 'School Tours' tab for available dates.

As a Church of England Voluntary Aided school our Governors are responsible for setting our Admissions Policy and ensuring its implementation. The school admits children in the September of the academic year in which they are five years old. However, if parents, feel that summer born children should defer full time entry or attend part-time please discuss this with our Headteacher. The official Published Admission Number (PAN) for the school is 30 for EYFS and KS1 and 32 for KS2.

RECEPTION APPLICATIONS

Please make your application to our school online via Surrey County Council by clicking here.

In addition to your application to Surrey County Council you may need to complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) which should be sent directly to our school office with any supporting information.

IN-YEAR APPLICATIONS

If you are considering an In-Year school transfer for your child from another school to Grayswood CE Primary School you must complete an In-Year application form with Surrey County Council first by clicking here and completing the CMA Form. It would be helpful if you could also forward a copy of your completed CMA application to us by emailing info@grayswood.surrey.sch.uk

Again, you may also need to complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) which should be sent directly to our school office with any supporting information.

Parents will be notified of the result of their application within 10 school days if possible, but within 15 days at the latest and, if unsuccessful, given reasons for refusal and explaining their right to appeal.
